Our rigorous verification process involves authenticating medical records through official hospital and doctor systems. Once a profile is verified as legitimate, we update our secure database to ensure long-term accuracy and to prevent recurring identity fraud.
We are dedicated to protecting our members and corporate
clients from illegalities. Additionally, we identify and hold accountable Sign
Language Interpreters who operate for profit without valid licenses or in
violation of relevant South African Acts.

National Alignment & Advocacy We advocate for the official recognition of SASL in all documentation and work to ensure that all nine provinces are aligned in their communication strategies for the hearing-impaired.
Verification & Integrity We manage a secure South African database to verify the disability status of individuals and professionals. By authenticating medical records, we provide legitimate certification that prevents fraud and protects the economy.
Corporate Accessibility We assist companies in becoming disability-inclusive by providing expert Sign Language interpreters for recruitment, job interviews, and workplace integration.
Emergency Response Support G-SC provides critical information and assistance during emergencies. We act as a communication bridge between the Deaf community and essential services, including hospitals, police stations, and educational institutions.
The official approval of SASL as our 12th official language is a landmark achievement for our democracy. We extend our gratitude to President Cyril Ramaphosa for granting the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community the freedom to access opportunities that were previously out of reach.
